To be eligible for the 7-day return and exchange criteria, YOU MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe, this time begins from the MOMENT your order has been delivered to you. For instance, if you contact us on day 7 but send out the return package on day 10, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE.
