Return/Exchange Duration and Eligibility

Our exchange window is 7 days. To be eligible for the 7-day  exchange criteria, YOU MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe, this time begins from the MOMENT your order has been delivered to you. For instance, if you contact us on day 7 but send out the return package on day 10, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EXCHANGE. 

 

Exchange Conditions

For  exchanges, items must be shipped back in the original packaging UNUSED and without any harm or damage to the SHOE/CLOTHING.
• Your  exchange will only be processed once these items have been received and inspected by our team.
